Spinach and Tomato Linguine

Ingredients

linguine, cooked following directions on the package

olive oil
|

cups |
tomatoes, chopped
|

(10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
green onion, chopped
|
|

cloves |
garlic, chopped
|
|

ounces |
feta cheese, crumbled
|
|
Directions:
Cook linguine, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, saute the tomatoes, spinach, onions and garlic in oil until tomatoes are softened; reduce heat.
Stir in feta; heat until warmed. Toss linguine with tomato mixture. Serve at once.
