Fettucine with Ham and Mascarpone

Ingredients

fettuccine, cooked as directed on package, drain off water, cover and keep warm

cooked ham, sliced and cut into 1/2 pieces
|

2 1/2 |
ounces |
Mascarpone cheese
|
|

ounce |
grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
1/8 |
teaspoon |
black pepper

|
Directions:
After cooking fettuccine, set aside and keep warm.
Meanwhile, place ham in a medium pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add the Mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, reduce heat to low and stir until cheeses are melted; add pepper.
Stir the ham and cheese into the hot fettuccine; mix well and serve at once.
