Potage Senegalese
Served hot or cold, this soup is fabulous
Yield: Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
Ingredients

(10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

soup can water
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
light cream
|
|
1/4 |
cup |
applesauce
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
shredded coconut
|
|
1 |
teaspoon |
curry powder
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
garlic salt
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
onion powder
|
|
1 |
|
avocado, sliced
|
|
Directions:
In saucepan, combine all ingredients except avocado. Heat; stir occasionally. Top each serving with avocado.
For chilled soup: Prepare recipe as above; chill 6 hours. Serve in chilled bowls. Recipe compliments of Campbell's
